14 August Special Cake

Here we going to cook the special cake recipe on 14 August on the day of independence. On 14 August 1947, we got independence from arch evils with lots of efforts from Quaid-e-Azam and his companions. And with lots of scarifications from patriots. Therefore, we enjoy this day every year with great zeal. Now let’s go to the recipe.

Ingredients

·         ½ cup all-purpose flour

·         1 cup sugar

·         4 eggs

·         2 tbsp. vanilla essence

·         2 tbsp. baking powder

·         1 cup oil or butter

·         Few drops of green color

·         Fondant for moon and star

·         250-gram whippy white cream

·         1 cup milk

·         150-gram white chocolate

Cooking steps

·         First beat the egg in the bowl and mix all the ingredients then blend it with your hands or with the machine if you have.

·         Then take a round shape pan or bowl grease it with oil then put baking paper inside it.

·         Now add all the mixture to this bowl and take it in the oven for about 20 to 25o minutes. You can also cook it in a pressure cooker.

·         Then moisturize it with milk and cover it with cream.

·         Then mix the cream and white chocolate all spread it around the cake.

·         Then prepare the moon and star with fondant for the pipping of cake and decorate it with the help of cream.

·         With the help of green cream prepare the Minar-e-Pakistan on the top of the cake. Now your 14 August special cake is ready to serve.
